First sock done



I finished my first sleep sock. Now I need to buy new needles before I can start the next one. I am tired of the 8 inch dpns. As much as I love the pattern, yarn, and want to wear my socks I am afraid of losing an eye.

    Your sock looks great. I love the pattern. I'm not quite to the heel of my first sock(Jaywalkers), I'm very slow. I'm also using 8" dpns and am finding them way too long, I'm thinking I should change to shorter ones too. Good luck with your second!!!

    What a great pattern! I love how this sock turned out. I hear you on the super long DPNs though -- I can't imagine using 8-inchers without injuring myself. *grin*

    Gorgeous! I love the pattern, but I totally understand why you must go get some other needles. I would have so many wounds if I tried to knit with 8" dpns!
